- Graduate from Al – Mustansyria Medical School in 2000.
- Completed 2 years of rotational internship as a house
officer in Salah Alden General Hospital , Al – Yarmook
Teaching Hospital, Medical city Teaching Hospital.
Practicing as a house officer in the departments of
internal medicine, surgical branches, pediatric medicine,
and gynecology & obstetric. - Started post graduate training in General surgery ,
Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery after submission to
the Iraqi Board of Medical Specializations for five years
from 2003 – 2008 in the following hospitals: Al-Kindi
Teaching Hospital , Medical City Teaching Hospital,
Ibn-Al-Nafees Teaching Hospital , & Ibn Al – Bitar Cardiac
Surgery Center, as a senior house officer. - Graduated as a Fellow of Iraqi Board of Medical
Specializations (FIBMS) cardiothoracic surgery, 2008.
